1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Aanandlok Multispeciality Hospital (including this website, appointment booking, and medical services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Medical Services
- All medical services are provided by licensed medical professionals registered with the Medical Council of India
- The Hospital reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
- Medical advice given is based on information provided by the patient and standard clinical examination
- Patients must disclose all relevant medical history, allergies and current medications
- Second opinions are encouraged and respected
3. Appointments
- Online appointments are tentative and subject to confirmation by the Hospital
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance
- No-shows may result in cancellation of future bookings
- Emergency cases will be prioritized regardless of appointment order
4. Payment & Billing
- Consultation fees are payable at the time of visit
- For admitted patients, a security deposit is required at admission
- All bills must be settled before discharge
- We accept cash, cards, UPI and approved insurance/TPA
- Disputed bills must be raised within 7 days of receipt
5. Insurance & TPA
- Cashless treatment is subject to approval from the respective insurance company/TPA
- Any amount not covered by insurance must be paid by the patient
- The Hospital is not responsible for insurance claim rejections by insurers
- Fraudulent insurance claims may result in legal action
6. Website Use
- Content on this website is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice
- Do not use website content for self-diagnosis or self-treatment
- Unauthorized reproduction of website content is prohibited
- We are not responsible for content on external links
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aanandlok Hospital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from medical treatment outcomes, website errors, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Please review this page periodically.
